SIBAT Reflects on Their Partnership with MIBA

We in SIBAT – The International Defense Cooperation Directorate of the Israel Ministry of Defense would like to extend our deepest thanks and appreciation to the team at MIBA – Michigan Israel Business Accelerator for their outstanding hosting of the Israeli defense industry delegation in Michigan, from April 6–10, 2025, in Detroit and Warren.
This successful visit provided our companies with exceptional opportunities for high-level meetings with government, and local industry leaders – all within a well-organized, professional, and warm environment created by the MIBA team.
Highlights of the visit included:
- A focused seminar introducing the unique defense and business ecosystem of the State of Michigan.
- Participation in the MDEX exhibition, featuring 10 innovative Israeli companies showcased at the joint MIBA–SIBAT pavilion.
- Dozens of business meetings that opened new doors for future cooperation.
Many thanks for the Fireside Chat session, where we had the opportunity to share our vision for collaboration between Israeli companies and SIBAT with key stakeholders from Michigan’s defense and government sectors.
