Strengthening the Michigan–Israel Pipeline: Liat Rhodes Gadot Joins MIBA
Written by Bernard Bourgeois, Managing Director, Business Development
Michigan Israel Business Accelerator (MIBA) is pleased to welcome Liat Rhodes Gadot to the team in Israel as our new Director of Business Development.
In this role, Liat will lead efforts to identify outstanding Israeli technology companies that can help solve Michigan’s challenges and drive new economic activity across the state. She will play a central role in sourcing innovation, building trusted relationships on the ground in Israel, and connecting companies to real market opportunities in Michigan.
Liat brings a creative, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong execution track record. Most recently, she led business development and go-to-market strategy for a fast-growing Israeli startup, helping open new international markets and drive significant revenue growth in a short period of time. She thrives in fast-moving environments and is known for turning vision into action through collaboration, clarity, and momentum.
Fun fact: Liat spent several summers in Michigan earlier in her life, giving her a personal connection to the state and an added appreciation for strengthening Michigan–Israel ties.
With deep local networks in Israel, native fluency in Hebrew and English, and a background that blends strategy, relationship-building, and human-centered thinking, Liat is a strong addition to the MIBA team.
With three team members in Michigan and two in Israel, MIBA’s business development team is well-positioned to meet growing demand and support a deepening pipeline of cross-border opportunities.
