The Elevator: Taking Growth to the Next Level

The Elevator reflects MIBA’s belief that the strongest Michigan–Israel partnerships are built with intention, focus, and momentum. Designed to help innovative Israeli companies connect meaningfully with Michigan’s ecosystem, the program creates a fast, direct path from introduction to impact.
In 2025, The Elevator continued to gain traction—bringing together founders, corporates, investors, and institutions around shared opportunity. Today, the program includes 23 members, with 11 new members joining in 2025 alone, underscoring both the demand for and confidence in this model of collaboration.
It’s extremely gratifying to see so many of our Elevator members taking their Michigan activities to the next level:
- Fullpath is now up to 12 Michigan-based employees and we love when they host their extended US and Israeli teammates in town for meetings. After getting a peak at their product roadmap during a visit to the Israel HQ in November, we can see nothing but future growth in 2026 and beyond.
- Patensee is nearing completion of a very successful clinical trial with their Michigan partner and will look to expand on that success next year.
- SkillReal is expanding their team in Michigan to support their growth.

Looking ahead to 2026, MIBA plans to expand The Elevator’s reach and ambition. Future cohorts will go deeper into priority sectors, offer more tailored engagement, and create even clearer pathways from connection to execution. The vision is bold but simple: to make The Elevator a defining platform for Michigan–Israel innovation and growth.
